Zombies Part III

More zombies - what more can I say other than put up the pics? Here they are:

5 more Zombies for my KoW army. The first three are from the Undead Samurai range which are brilliant, if a tad difficult, to paint. The last two from the actual Zombie range that Kevin "Goblinmaster" Adams did which are just as good. Nasty, ugly and fearsome which is everything a zombie should be.

As I've noted in earlier posts I'm working on more undead as part of a massive KoW battle I have planned with 3 blokes down at my local games club. part of that involves painting up a unit of 27 zombies. 27 sounds like a strange number - well that is the number of figures (mounted on 20mm bases) that I can fit on the horde bases I've made for KoW. So I can field hordes without having to have 40 figures which is nice - both on the wallet and my painting efforts. With the 4 figures below I have 7 zombies. On that basis I'm confident I can finish off another 20 by mid September. Anyway here they are:

 

Even more undead

I'm struggling to think up headings for each batch of undead that I have finished off as I work toward completing a 2500 point Kings of War Army that needs to be done by the end of September. To do that I need to complete 5 ghouls, 24 zombies and 6 mummies. A fair number of figures really. Anyway no more crapping on from me - here they are:

Back to some long term projects

Well I managed to finish off some figures that are part of long term projects I have going - Skaven and goblins. All 4 are fairly straight forward paint jobs - having said that I'm happy with them. Oh and I finished another foundry ex-citadel knight for good measure:

Been a while since I posted up anything - mainly that was to do with me being on holidays for two weeks. Anyway I'm back and I've knocked out some more undead for my 2500 KoW undead army that needs to be ready for a 5000 point a side (2 per side) KoW game I have planned with 3 blokes from my wargames club in September. I'll split this post into two as I've got a fair bit of stuff which includes some figures I did a couple fo months back that I didn't take pics of at the time.
